Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Age group 22\-30 years males and females
  • Patient diagnosed with post tb sequelae having TOPD.
  • Patient referred to physiotherapist by pulmonologist.
  • Pulmonary function test mild to moderate obstruction as per GOLD criteria

Exclusion Criteria

  • Exclusion criteria are as follows:
  • Patient with severe musculoskeletal, neurological and psychological dysfunction.
  • Patient having any chest trauma.
  • Patient having infection at incision site.
  • Patient unwilling to participate.
  • Massive Pleura Effusion
  • Acute exacerbations
