入选标准
- •Human participants (healthy volunteers or patients coming to Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Manipal or Kasturba Medical college /Hospitals, who have received the two doses of COVID19 vaccination (Covaxin or Covishield) and volunteer to participate after oral and written informed consent will be included
- •Participants should be between the ages of 18-60 years
排除标准
- •Participants who are not vaccinated will be excluded
- •Participants who have received the 2nd dose of Covishield or Covaxin 2 week before will be excluded.
- •Participants presenting with any immunocompromised condition, genetic abnormalities related to IgA, pregnant and lactating females; patients undergoing any chemotherapy, radiation therapy; Patients on corticosteroids, antiviral therapy, immunomodulators will be excluded.
