Inclusion Criteria

Patients 5-10 yrs. of age that need to be cyclo-refraction

Exclusion Criteria

1. Anterior segment disorder that interfere the auto-refraction (e.g corneal scar, lens opacity)
2. History of corneal or cataract surgery and glaucoma
3. History of ophthalmic disease other than refractive error and/or strabismus
4. History of allergy to cyclopentolate 1%
5. Insufficient cooperation interfere with instillation of eye-drop or auto-refraction
