1) Aged between 20YO and 65YO
2) Diagnosed with colon laterally spreading tumor
3) Adenoma or well to moderate differentiated adenocarcinoma on the biopsy and expected mucosal lesion apparently
4) Feasible location with endoscopic treatment
5) In case of cancer, one had never distant metastasis
6) Who agree to the study and submit a informed consent
1) Suspected submucosal invasion with endoscopic examination
2) Pseudodepressed type of laterally spreading tumor
3) Who have a inflammatory bowel disease
4) Poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma on the biopsy
5) Who had other cancers
6) Not accessible location with endoscopy
7) Inadequate general condition to perform a endoscopic procedure
8) Who is taking warfarin or antiplatelet agents
9) Who have implantable device or limited conditions of using electrosurgical unit
10) Who have history of abdominal surgery
11) Who refuse to submit a informed consent
12) Any inadequate conditions refered by investigators
