Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\) Aged between 20YO and 65YO
  • 2\) Diagnosed with colon laterally spreading tumor
  • 3\) Adenoma or well to moderate differentiated adenocarcinoma on the biopsy and expected mucosal lesion apparently
  • 4\) Feasible location with endoscopic treatment
  • 5\) In case of cancer, one had never distant metastasis
  • 6\) Who agree to the study and submit a informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\) Suspected submucosal invasion with endoscopic examination
  • 2\) Pseudodepressed type of laterally spreading tumor
  • 3\) Who have a inflammatory bowel disease
  • 4\) Poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma on the biopsy
  • 5\) Who had other cancers
  • 6\) Not accessible location with endoscopy
  • 7\) Inadequate general condition to perform a endoscopic procedure
  • 8\) Who is taking warfarin or antiplatelet agents
  • 9\) Who have implantable device or limited conditions of using electrosurgical unit
  • 10\) Who have history of abdominal surgery
