Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Aged between 20YO and 65YO
- •2\) Diagnosed with colon laterally spreading tumor
- •3\) Adenoma or well to moderate differentiated adenocarcinoma on the biopsy and expected mucosal lesion apparently
- •4\) Feasible location with endoscopic treatment
- •5\) In case of cancer, one had never distant metastasis
- •6\) Who agree to the study and submit a informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Suspected submucosal invasion with endoscopic examination
- •2\) Pseudodepressed type of laterally spreading tumor
- •3\) Who have a inflammatory bowel disease
- •4\) Poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma on the biopsy
- •5\) Who had other cancers
- •6\) Not accessible location with endoscopy
- •7\) Inadequate general condition to perform a endoscopic procedure
- •8\) Who is taking warfarin or antiplatelet agents
- •9\) Who have implantable device or limited conditions of using electrosurgical unit
- •10\) Who have history of abdominal surgery
