入选标准
- •1) Aged between 20YO and 65YO
- •2) Diagnosed with colon laterally spreading tumor
- •3) Adenoma or well to moderate differentiated adenocarcinoma on the biopsy and expected mucosal lesion apparently
- •4) Feasible location with endoscopic treatment
- •5) In case of cancer, one had never distant metastasis
- •6) Who agree to the study and submit a informed consent
排除标准
- •1) Suspected submucosal invasion with endoscopic examination
- •2) Pseudodepressed type of laterally spreading tumor
- •3) Who have a inflammatory bowel disease
- •4) Poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma on the biopsy
- •5) Who had other cancers
- •6) Not accessible location with endoscopy
- •7) Inadequate general condition to perform a endoscopic procedure
- •8) Who is taking warfarin or antiplatelet agents
- •9) Who have implantable device or limited conditions of using electrosurgical unit
- •10) Who have history of abdominal surgery
- •11) Who refuse to submit a informed consent
- •12) Any inadequate conditions refered by investigators
