Inclusion Criteria
Pulmonary resection surgery (20 - 70 years) on general anesthesia at Pusan national university Yangsan hospital
Exclusion Criteria
- patient rejection
- lung surgery history, decreased renal function ( serum creatinin > 2.0 mg/dL)
congestive heart failure, American society of anesthesiologist physical status > 4,
Myocardial ischemia or cerebral infarction
Uncontrolled diabetes
- event of operation
hypotension : mean arterial pressure< 55mmHg
bleeding (total vascular volume > 30% )
hypoxia, hypercarbia (PaO2 < 55 mmHg, PaCO2 > 65mmHg)
- changing operation procedure
