Inclusion Criteria

1 Adult patients of either sex aged 18-65years

2 ASA 1 AND 2

3 Undergoing laparoscopic surgeries under general anaesthesia

Exclusion Criteria

1 Patient refusing to participate in the study

2 Patient with uncontrolled diuabetes hypertension cardioresp[iratory neuropsychiatric disorders hepatic or renal dysfunction

3 BMI more than 30 and individual with difficult airway

4 Allergy to the study drug

5 Patient on medications like opiods sedatives beta blockers

6 Pregnant or lactating mother
