Inclusion Criteria

  • •连续纳入；18 岁以上成人；行择期心脏手术（冠脉搭桥、瓣膜置换、或两者同时手术）；知情同意

Exclusion Criteria

  • •既往进展型慢性肾疾患；既往肾手术、肾移植；任何原因导致的尿糖胺聚糖的数值无法获得的情况；术前存在急性肾损伤

Primary Outcomes

急性肾损伤发生率

Time Frame: At 1d, 2d, 3d, 4d, 5d, 6d, and 7d after surgery

composite primary outcome: postoperative severe acute kidney injury (KDIGO stage 2 or 3, including acute dialysis) and in-hospital death

Time Frame: For severe AKI: Within 7 days after surgery; for in-hospital death: during hospital stay

Secondary Outcomes

  • length of stay in the intensive care unit
  • length of stay in hospital
