Inclusion Criteria
- •Chronic or traumatic isolated supraspinatustear Patte I\-II (MRI), pulley\-lesion type II and IV (unless the subscapularistendon needs no repair)
Exclusion Criteria
- •Rotatorenmanschettenmassenruptur, isolierte Partialruptur der Supraspinatussehne, höherer Verfettungsgrad (Thomazeau III) oder positives Tangentenzeichen der Supraspinatussehne im MRT, Verweigerung der Studienteilnahme, keine Einwilligungsfähigkeit, Stoßwellenbehandlung in der Vergangenheit
- •Massive rotator cuff tears, isolated partial lesion of the supraspinatus tendon, fatty degeneration (Thomazeau III) or positive tangent sign (MRI), history of shockwave therapy, unable to consent
