Inclusion Criteria
Age >20 years and <70 years.
Both sex, transgender.
Patients having clinical presentation of Hemiplegic stroke.
Patients on siddha treatment for 1 month at Ayothidoss pandithar hospital,
National Institute of siddha.
5. Patients who are willing to give informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
Patient with comorbidities like renal failure and liver cirrhosis.
Patient having monoplegic ,paraplegic and quadriplegic stroke.
Patient having motor neuron disease and bulbar palsy.
