- •Patients having clinical presentation of Hemiplegic stroke.
- •Patients on siddha treatment for 1 month at Ayothidoss pandithar hospital,
- •National Institute of siddha.
- •5. Patients who are willing to give informed consent.

- •Patient with comorbidities like renal failure and liver cirrhosis.
- •Patient having monoplegic ,paraplegic and quadriplegic stroke.
- •Patient having motor neuron disease and bulbar palsy.
- •4.Patients who are not willing to give informed consent.
