(1) Parkinson's disease patients: Parkinson's disease patients who are hospitalized or attending the Department of Neurology at Showa University Hospital or Showa University Hospital East, and who are between 50 and 90 years old at the time consent is obtained.
(2) Control group: Healthy subjects who are between 50 and 90 years of age at the time of consent and have no history of neurological disease.
1) Those who cannot give an explanation of the research and obtain consent.
2) Patients who are difficult to evaluate due to other diseases.
3) Those who are deemed ineligible by the physician in charge of the research due to severe cognitive decline.
4) Those with a diagnosis of severe mental illness.
5) Those who are deemed ineligible by the research physician.
6) Patients with Hoehn and Yahr staging IV or V Parkinson's disease.
