Inclusion Criteria
1. Female patients age between 18-60 years who undergo laparoscopic gynecological surgery
2. ASA physical status 1-2
3. Choice of anesthesia is general anesthesia with endotracheal tube
Exclusion Criteria
1. structural heart disease
2. severe hemodynamic instability
3. coexisting bronchopulmonary disease
4. abnormal chest x-ray finding
5. abnormal preoperative arterial blood gas
6. suspiction intraoperative venous air embolism
7. suspiction intraoperative pulmonary embolism
