Inclusion Criteria

ASA 1 and ASA 2 Primigravida Cervical dilatation <4 cm.

Exclusion Criteria

Patient refusal Patient with Pregnancy induced Hypertension,Heart disease and Anemia Cervical dilatation >4cm Breech and multiparous women Coagulopathy.
