Inclusion Criteria
Single pregnancy
Cephalic
Low risk pregnancy
Normal placenta and fetus status
Satisfied to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
Drug abuser , smoker in pregnancy
Previous history of periods of depression and anxiety and stressful life events in the last 6 to 12 months
Mothers refuse to continue the intervention
