1. confirmed diagnosis of varicose veins through clinical evaluation, physical examination, and imaging studies such as duplex ultrasound
2. Males and females aged 20-50.
•Participants may be required to have varicose veins of a grade I and II with mild and moderate varicose veins.
•Participants using certain medications that can influence varicose veins or their symptoms (e.g., anticoagulants, venoactive drugs) are eligible.
•Participants having the capacity to provide informed consent.
•Population from Galgotias University and nearby Greater Noida.
•participants who are willing and able to comply with the study requirements, including attending study visits, completing questionnaires, or following specific exercise or treatment protocols.
