Inclusion Criteria
- •Critically ill patients with an expected length of ICU stay of atleast 7 days.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Pregnancy, known neuromuscular disorder, corticosteroid therapy, amputated limbs, burns patients, and admitted to other ICU in last one month.
