This is a Randomised controlled clinical study to evaluate the efficacy of Kutaj ghrita in the management of Dushta Vrana with special reference to infected wound.Kutaj ghrita & Yashtimadhu ghrita is varana shodhan, ropan,krimighna,lekhana.The age group for the study will be 18 years to 60 years.Ayurvedic formulation will be given daily for 15 days .Follow up on 18 th & 21 th day.Evaluation of effect of both groups using statistical tools will be done and conclusion will be made.

入选标准
- •Patient having sign and symptoms of dushta vrana as per ayurvedic literature.
- •Patient of irrespective of gender, caste, religion, sex, occupation are taken.
- •Patient aged between 18-60 years.
- •Wound area upto 36 cm2 irrespective of length and breadth will be selected for study.
排除标准
- •Wound with known case of systemic disorders like HIV, Hepatitis B, known cases of diabetes mellitus or any other systemic infection.
- •Vrana (wound) very near to vital organs.
- •Ulcer secondary to any malignancy .
- •Patients suffering from wounds like tubercular ulcers.
- •Venous ,arterial ulcers,leprotic ulcers, ulcers with Gangrenous changes .
- •Burn wound,Osteomyelitis, fracture wounds, bed sore.

时间窗: 21 days | Application of ghrita on 0th to 15th day | follow up on 18th and 21st. day .
