- •We included subjects that declared to be right or left handed dominant. Participants must reported no recent injury or participation in strength training program of the upper limb (three times/ week) in the last six months. All participants were required to refrain for upper body strength training outside the study and to maintain their normal daily routines.

- •Trained subjects, and women without oral pills contraceptive use or pregnancy knowledge
