- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method What: The primary endpoint measures perceived gender differences in the use of digital applications in hospitals. This will be captured through a combination of qualitative interviews with ePA trainers and a quantitative survey of hospital staff.

When: The qualitative interviews will be conducted at the beginning of the study to develop an in-depth understanding of possible gender differences. The quantitative survey will follow after the interviews have been completed and analyzed to gather broader data sets on the use of digital technologies.

How: For the qualitative phase, semi-structured interviews based on open-ended questions will be used to gain insights into the gender-specific use of digital applications. In the quantitative phase, a questionnaire with Likert scales will be used to collect employees' self-assessment of their experiences and barriers to using digital technologies. The data is then analyzed for gender-specific differences.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method What: The secondary endpoint assesses the existing barriers to gender-equitable use of digital technologies in healthcare and identifies possible solutions.

When: The assessment of barriers and possible solutions will take place after the quantitative survey, based on the analysis of the collected data.

How: The identification of barriers and solutions is based on the analysis of the survey data, with particular attention paid to responses that highlight challenges and barriers to the use of digital applications by hospital staff. In addition, data from the qualitative interviews is used to supplement the results. The analysis includes statistical evaluations and qualitative content analysis in order to obtain a comprehensive picture of existing barriers and possible strategies for overcoming them.
