Inclusion Criteria
All pregnant women with a period of gestation of 11 weeks to 16 weeks will be included.
Exclusion Criteria
All pregnant women with <11 weeks and > 16 weeks of gestation age will be excluded.

Name Time Method Perinatal and maternal outcome-associated anomalies <br/ ><br>Invasive tesing if done-result. <br/ ><br>If terminated , autopsy report. <br/ ><br>If continued- fetal echo at 18-22 weeks. <br/ ><br>If fetal echo is normal/abnormal follow up till deliveryTimepoint: 2 years study
