Pregnancy wanted
Lack of chronic disease such as: heart and endocrine disease before and after of pregnancy
Non-postmenopausal menstrual bleeding
reading and writing literacy
Informed consent and readiness
Infections that have received antibiotics for more than 7 days
Mental retardation
Absence of more than two meetings in meetings and failure to perform the relevant instructions and exercises,
Participants' unwillingness to attend training sessions
The emergence of major stresses and unexpected accidents in each stage of the plan
