Inclusion Criteria
Primary caregivers of the patients with major mental disorder.
Primary caregiver who never cared or encountered for any patient receiving electroconvulsive therapy.
Educated above the 5th standard of primary school & able to read and write English/ Odia
Primary caregivers are free from any psychiatric disorder.
Exclusion Criteria
Un willing to participate.
Primary caregivers with hearing and speech impaired.
