- •1)Patients with ASA I & II
- •2)Patients posted for infra umbilical surgery under spinal anesthesia
排除标准
- •1)Patient refusal for consent
- •2)BMI >30kg/m2
- •3)Local infection at the site of TAP block
- •4)Allergy to the study drugs and local anesthetics
- •5)All the conditions contraindicated for spinal anesthesia (eg.coagulopathy)should be avoided
- •6)Patients with history of significant cardiovascular ,renal and hepatic disorder
- •7)History of recent or chronic analgesic use
