Inclusion Criteria
1)Patients with ASA I & II
2)Patients posted for infra umbilical surgery under spinal anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
1)Patient refusal for consent
2)BMI >30kg/m2
3)Local infection at the site of TAP block
4)Allergy to the study drugs and local anesthetics
5)All the conditions contraindicated for spinal anesthesia (eg.coagulopathy)should be avoided
6)Patients with history of significant cardiovascular ,renal and hepatic disorder
7)History of recent or chronic analgesic use
