Inclusion Criteria

1.New cases diagnosed on the basis of Diagnostic criteria and Pre-diagnosed cases of Smokeless tobacco

2.Following cases were included irrespective of their age group, sex, caste, religion.

3.Patients willing to participate in the study and giving written informed consent

4.Only those patients will consider into the study that have consumption of smokeless tobacco for last 1 year or more.

5.Currently and continuous uses of smokeless tobacco

6.Patients above the age group of 18 yrs of both sexes will be included in the study.

Exclusion Criteria

1.The cases which did not fulfill the inclusion criteria.

2.Cases with any type of Oral pathology

3.Patients with Other systemic diseases.

4.Patients having mental and behavior disorder due to psychoactive substance other than tobacco

5.Patient is already undergoing nicotine replacement therapy

6.Patient already undergoing homoeopathic treatment for any chronic disease

7.Any symptoms suggestive of any serious medical conditions that may require active intervention within 6 months

8.Pregnant women and lactating mothers.

9.Patients not giving written consent.
