Inclusion Criteria
Evidence of decline in both memory and thinking sufficient enough to impair personal activities of daily living where registration storage and retrieval of new information remote memory in later stages are also affected
Flow of idea is reduced and reasoning capacity is also impairedPresence of clear consciousnessDuration of at least 6 monthsAge group above 60years & below 80 years only
