Inclusion Criteria
Patients will be selected according to DSM-V
and ICD 10 criteria
A score of less than 24 on HAM-A scale
Age group of 20 to 50 years of either sex
Restlessness or Feeling keyed up easily fatigued Difficulty in concentrating Irritability
Muscle tension Sleep disturbance
Exclusion Criteria
A score of more than 24 on HAM-A scale
GAD associated with other disorders like neurological disorders systemic conditions
endocrine disorders deficiency states toxic condition idiopathic psychological disorders
Chittodvega due to direct physiological effect of a substance (e.g. a drug abuse, a
medication) or a general medical condition (e.g. Hyperthyroidism)
