- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To determine and compare the changes in cerebral blood flow velocity, autoregulation and rSO2 between desflurane and propofol based anaesthesia.Timepoint: 10 MIN PRIOR TO INDUCTION OF ANESTHESIA, 10 MIN POST INTUBATION ON ACHIEVING STEADY STATE AFTER ANESTHESIA IS ESTABLISHED.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To determine the effect of cerebral hemodynamic changes of the two agents on short-term neurological outcome in aneurysm patients undergoing clipping.Timepoint: POST OPERATIVE PERIOD

IMMEADIATELY AFTER SURGERY - VITAL PARAMETERS, NUMBER OF DAYS OF HOSPITAL STAY , NEUROLOGICAL ASSESSMENT AT THE TIME OF DISCHARGE VIA GCS , GOS SCLAES ,

ANY MORTALITY , ANY DELAYED ISCHEMIA;To determine the relationship of Cerebral blood flow Velocity, auto-regulation with rSO2( regional saturation ) when anesthesia is provided with two different agents i.e propofol and desflurane.Timepoint: 10 MIN PRIOR TO INDUCTION OF ANESTHESIA, 10 MIN POST INTUBATION ON ACHIEVING STEADY STATE AFTER ANESTHESIA IS ESTABLISHED.
