Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
To determine and compare the changes in cerebral blood flow velocity, autoregulation and rSO2 between desflurane and propofol based anaesthesia.Timepoint: 10 MIN PRIOR TO INDUCTION OF ANESTHESIA, 10 MIN POST INTUBATION ON ACHIEVING STEADY STATE AFTER ANESTHESIA IS ESTABLISHED.
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
To determine the effect of cerebral hemodynamic changes of the two agents on short-term neurological outcome in aneurysm patients undergoing clipping.Timepoint: POST OPERATIVE PERIOD

IMMEADIATELY AFTER SURGERY - VITAL PARAMETERS, NUMBER OF DAYS OF HOSPITAL STAY , NEUROLOGICAL ASSESSMENT AT THE TIME OF DISCHARGE VIA GCS , GOS SCLAES ,

ANY MORTALITY , ANY DELAYED ISCHEMIA;To determine the relationship of Cerebral blood flow Velocity, auto-regulation with rSO2( regional saturation ) when anesthesia is provided with two different agents i.e propofol and desflurane.Timepoint: 10 MIN PRIOR TO INDUCTION OF ANESTHESIA, 10 MIN POST INTUBATION ON ACHIEVING STEADY STATE AFTER ANESTHESIA IS ESTABLISHED.
