Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Ruptured anterior circulation aneurysm within one week of ictus undergoing surgical clipping
  • •2\.WFNS grade 1\-2

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Pre\-existing cardiac/ renal/ liver failure
  • •2\.Contraindication for propofol administration
  • •3\.Refusal of consent
  • •4\.Inadequate TCD window
  • •5\.Internal Carotid artery stenosis/ plaque visualized in CT Angio.
  • •6\.Change of anaesthetics agent
