Inclusion Criteria
- •120 ASA Grade â?? I/II adult patients of either sex admitted for head and neck cancer surgeries under general anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •the presence of predictors of difficult bag and mask ventilation (presence of beard, obese with BMI \>35, snoring, edentulous, intraoral tumors, receding chin etc.) and intubation, including decreased inter\-incisor distance ( \<1\.5 cm), short thyromental distance ( \<6 cm), and reduced neck extension ( \<80° from neck flexion), cervical spine instability, or risk of pulmonary aspiration.
