Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA grade I / II
- •Age 18\-60 years of either sex
- •Patients for elective surgery with indication for nasotracheal intubation
- •Patients with adequate mouth opening of 2 fingers or more
Exclusion Criteria
- •Modified Mallampatti class III or IV
- •Bleeding disorder
- •Patient with non patent nasal cavity
- •Any history of nasal trauma and surgery
- •Cervical spine instability
- •Base of skull fracture
- •Risk of gastric aspiration
