This project is an implementation study that aims to test an intervention to improve the monitoring of health care continuum (MCC) to people with HIV infection linked to SUS services in the state of São Paulo. The hypothesis is that the intervention will be able to intensify and improve the current monitoring activities in order to provide improvements in the care processes of PLWHA and the incorporation and use of the Clinical Monitoring System (SIMC) by the health services involved in the project.

Inclusion Criteria

This implementation study will include 30 outpatient care services for people with HIV chosen for their size and complexity, necessarily belonging to the health regions of São Jose dos Campos, Sorocaba, Itapeva, Caraguatatuba, Ribeirão Preto and Taubaté; CD4 and viral load test requesters.

Exclusion Criteria

Outpatient services that do not care for people with HIV; outpatient services for people with HIV who are not requesting CD4 and Viral Loading; outpatient services for people with HIV of other health regions

The evaluation of the effectiveness of the intervention among the Health workers will be carried out according to the dimensions of planning and evaluation of the RE-AIM in G1 services by comparing the responses of health service workers to two questionnaires (QUALIAIDS and NOMAD) pre and post intervention. ;The evaluation of the effectiveness of the intervention among the patients will be measured by comparing the SIMC indicators (Percentage of Patients in treatment GAP, treatment abandonment and treatment failure) in Groups 1, 2 and 3 at the beginning and at the end of the intervention process, which will last for 2 years
