入选标准
- •he confirmation of the heart failure of class 2 and 3 on the criteria of the heart of the New York Heart Association by physician .
- •the egection fraction is under 40%.
- •to get sick over the last 6 months.
- •refer to the heart failure clinic
- •Have a knowledgeable companion and knowledge of technology and computer / or familiarity of the patient with technology
- •Treating heart failure drugs Satisfaction with participation in the study Inability to take care of oneself due to physical causes such as advanced cancer, angina pectoris or heart attack, motor disorders.
- •Lack of mental disorder (severe depression).
排除标准
- •Visual or auditory disorder
- •Inability to take care of oneself for physical reasons (advanced cancer, angina pectoris or heart attack, severe movement disorders caused by musculoskeletal problems, paralysis, cognitive and memory disorders).
- •Inability to take care of oneself due to mental illness (severe depression)
- •History of employment or employment of companions in medical centers.
