入选标准
- •(i) Students having at least 3 months of experience in practicing physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama) and relaxation technique (meditation with om chanting) (ii) have normal health based on a semi structured interview.
排除标准
- •Those who will be taking medication and having history of smoking, consuming tobacco, alcohol, mental health disorders, extra systole, hypertension and cardiac conditions will be excluded from the study.
