Inclusion Criteria
1. Age of at least 18 years old, 2. A diagnosis of facial dystonia including blepharospasm and hemifacial spasm, 3. Potential to communicate through Chulalongkorn hospital telemedicine application either by themselves or with helps from their caregivers
Exclusion Criteria
1. Neuromuscular diseases that could affect the results of the study including myasthenia gravis which produces clinical fluctuation related to time, 2. Inability to communicate through telemedicine such as severe dementia
