1) Subject who voluntarily agrees to participate and signs in informed consent form
2) Age: 30-59 years
3) BMI: 23kg/m2 = ~ < 30kg/m2
4) Subject who is Willing to follow dietary instruction during intervention
1) Continuous consumption of dietary supplement or medicine within 2 weeks before the first visit which can affect antioxidative capacity
2) Inflammatory disease, hepatic disease, renal disease, cardiovascular disease, diabetes or thyroid disease.
3) Subjects who cannot conduct treadmill exercise
4) Smoker or alcoholic
5) Subjects with hypersensitivity to test materials
6) Participation in other human study within 4 weeks before the first visit
7) Pregnant or lactating women
8) Any condition that the principal investigator believes may put the subjects at undue risk
