Inclusion Criteria

1 Patients of calculus of age group (above 15 years) irrespective of sex and occupation are included.

2 Renal and Ureteric calculus less than 10mm of size.

3 Patientsâ?? having classical signs and symptoms of Mutrashmari are included.

4 Uncomplicated Patients having with or without mild

Hydronephrosis will be selected randomly.

Exclusion Criteria

1 Patients with systemic pathology (Uncontrolled DM, Hypertension etc.)and any Urinary obstructive condition. (Impaired Renal Function, enlarged

prostate)

2 Known case of Covid -19.

3 Patient suffering from any systemic disease such as Kochsâ??s , Bronchial

Asthma, Ischemic Heart Disease, Chronic Kidney Disease and Convulsive disorders like Epilepsy, Meningitis which will interfere with the course of treatment.

4 Patients having Moderate or Severe Hydronephrosis.

5 Patients who deny giving written informed consent.
