- •1.Patients admitted to hospital for new onset (DE NOVA) HF in-patient with or without any co-morbidity requiring admission.
- •2.Patients willing to give informed consent for participation in the study.
排除标准
- •1.Heart failure patient admitted more than once with Heart failure
- •2. Heart failure patient with structural heart defect like valvular heart defect or arrhythmias.
- •3. Heart failure patient who has been under gone cardiac intervention like PCI, Pacemaker or ICD, valvular plasty and Post CABGâ?¦etc.
- •4. Pregnant and lactating women.
