- 18 至 99(—)
入选标准
- •- Clinically definite MS
- •- Age between 18-65 years
- •- Meet safety criteria to undergo MRI examination
- •- Sufficient motor skills (maximum EDSS-score of 5.0)
- •- Mild cognitive impairment
排除标准
- •MS-patients will be excluded if they:
- •- Are younger than 18 years
- •- Have comorbid neurological (other than MS) or psychiatric diseases
- •- Have a history of alcohol or drugs abuse
- •- Have relapses for at least 4 weeks prior to examination
- •- Used corticosteroids 4 weeks before the first measurement
- •- Do not meet the criteria for an MRI-scan
