Inclusion Criteria
Individuals aged 18 to 79 years with a history of OSCC of any region of the oral cavity who have been treated with conformational radiotherapy (3DRT) exclusively or not for at least 1 year and who present teeth with need for extraction in the maxilla or mandible included in the radiation field.
Exclusion Criteria
Individuals undergoing oncologic treatment or with relapse of the lesion, as well as pregnant women; infants and patients under 18 years of age.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method eoform bone will be assessed by computed tomography of the region of tooth extraction in all patients after surgery, in the immediate postoperative period and after 90 days of extraction.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Post-operative pain, evaluated through the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS); and soft tissue healing as to the presence or absence of its closure.
