Inclusion Criteria
Patients of either gender aged between 18- 65 years, belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status 1 and 2, scheduled for surgery under general anesthesia requiring tracheal intubation, who will be intubated using LMA CTrach•
Exclusion Criteria
1.Mouth opening less than 2.5cms
2.Patients with history suggestive of gastro-esophageal reflux disease
3.Morbid obesity
4.Pregnancy
5.Oropharyngeal surgery
6.Use of nasogastric tube or throat pack
7.Pharyngeal or esophageal pathology
8.Surgeries of duration > 240 minutes
