Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients who are scheduled to undergo unilateral total knee replacement with American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status Classification I\-II are invited to participate.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) ASA class 2 \<
- •2\) acute cardiovascular disease (NYHA stage III/IV )
- •3\) allergy to local anesthetics and analgesics
- •4\) cognitive impairment
- •5\) contraindication of nerve block
- •6\) chronic renal or hepatic dysfunction
- •7\) rheumatoid arthritis
- •8\) epidural block and peripheral nerve block failed
- •9\) pregnancy
