Women attending follow up clinic 1 year after undergoing surgery for breast cancer
Age between 25years and 60 years
Married or Ina relationship
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with recurrence
Revision Breast surgery for recurrence
Patients with diagnosed psychiatric illness
Not willing to participate
