Arm 1: female sex, history of breast cancer, primary therapy (surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy) completed within 5 years prior to treatment initiation, current partnership, age between 18 and 80 years.
Arm 2: all sexes, current partnership with patient from Arm 1, no breast cancer in medical history, age over 18 years
Arm 1: male sex, ongoing primary therapy (surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy), no current partnership, age less than 18 or greater than 80 years
Arm 2: medical history of breast cancer, age less than 18 years.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The aim of the present work is to investigate the sexual health of breast cancer patients and their partners. <br>The following endpoints will be investigated: <br>1. sexual satisfaction (EORTC Sexual Health Questionnaire (SHQ-22))<br>2. sexual functioning (EORTC Sexual Health Questionnaire (SHQ-22))<br>3. erectile functioning in the collective of male partners (Erectile Function Domaine des IIEF)<br>4. subjectively perceived change in satisfaction with partner sexuality before and since diagnosis? (Question (2) of the questionnaire see above).<br>5. need for information regarding possible changes in sexuality in the context of breast cancer and its therapy? (Questionnaire on sexual health care (5) see above).<br><br>The parameters will be checked once in the period of up to 5 years after the end of the breast cancer therapy (surgery, chemotherapy, radiation), anti-hormone therapies and/or targeted therapies do not have to be finished at the time of study participation.
