入选标准
- •Females with dynamic knee valgus angle >13 degree , Males with dynamic knee valgus angle >8 degree, by using Kinovea software
- •Basketball players playing at least once a week
- •Subjects willing to participate in study
排除标准
- •Any diagnosed pathological condition of hip, knee, ankle or foot.
- •Any history of spinal/ lower extremities injuries or surgeries in last 6 months.
- •Anatomical limb length discrepancy.
- •Any structural deformities.
- •All contra-indications of water-based exercise
