Inclusion Criteria
Female subjects within the age group 21-35 years
History of upper back pain
Primiparous and multiparous
FTND and LSCS
Women who are breastfeeding
6 months to 1 year postpartum females
Subjects willing to participate
Exclusion Criteria
Performing regular exercises of upper back
Females who have skin disease or skin infection
Open wounds
Females who are hydrophobic
Undergoing treatment for upper back and neck
