1. Age 65 years old or above
2. Have the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) scores between 17-24 points
3. Pass the Lawton Instrumental Activities of Daily Living Scale (L-IADL)
4. Pass Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaires Plus (PAR-Q+)
5. Living in Pathum Thani or Nakhon Pathom provinces.
6. No history of exacerbation respiratory diseases in the past 6 months
7. Able to understand, communicate and write in the Thai language.
1. Have problems with mental illness, uncontrol cardiovascular diseases, acute exacerbation of COPD or uncontrolled asthma diagnosed by a physician.
2. Have Problems with musculoskeletal problems that disturbed exercise and movement such as fracture
3. Have neurological disorders (e.g., stroke, epilepsy)
4. Uncontrolled the symptoms of diabetes.
5. Blood pressure >180/120 mmHg.
6. Resting heart rate > 120 beats/minutes
7. Have urinary incontinent
