Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Children less than 2 years of age of either sex.
- •2\.Ex\-premature baby born at less than 37 weeks of gestational age Undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia requiring intubation or supraglottic airway insertion.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.congenital heart disease
- •2\.Complex congenital anomalies
- •3\.Syndromes, predicted difficult airway
