Inclusion Criteria
1Patients with age group 30 to 50 years.
2Patients with severe periodontitis as assessed by probing pocket depth (PPD) >= 5mm and clinical attachment level (CAL) >= 4mm exhibiting bilateral intrabony defects.
3Patients with no systemic diseases.
Exclusion Criteria
1Patients with history of systemic diseases, allergies or drug usage.
2Patients who have undergone periodontal treatment in previous 6 months.
3Pregnant and lactating females.
