Inclusion Criteria

- Patients who underwent to colonoscopy and abled to received sedatives consisting of analgesics combined with IV sedation during endoscopy.
- Able to follow command and answer the questionnaire.
- Agree to cooperate in this research.
- Age 18 years or older but not more than 75 years old

Exclusion Criteria

- Symptoms or health conditions that may affect research, such as very high BP.
- Unable to undergo colonoscopy.
- Infection of ears or can’t hold the headphones.
