Inclusion Criteria
This study was conducted on 60 patients of either sex in the age range of 16 to 60 years and belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA) grade 1/2.Prior approval of the Instituteâ??s medical ethics committee was obtained. Informed written consent was taken from all the patients.
Exclusion Criteria
The patients with known history of allergy to these drugs, hemodyna-mically unstable patients and unwilling/uncooperative patients with psychiatric illness were excluded from the study so also patients on drug therapy known to interfere with pharmacokinetics of these anesthetics.
