Inclusion Criteria
all term elective Lscs , singleton pregnancies
Exclusion Criteria
age less than 18yrs and more than 35yrs
maternal diseases like diabetes, hypertension,cardiac diseases,thyroid diseases either chronic or pregnancy complicated
multiple gestations
active maternal or foetal infection
non sound postoperative history of previous section as post partum haemorrhage,history of ruptured uterus,ectopic pregnancy or myomectomy and complicated pregnancy as placenta previa or accreta
