- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Evaluate the peripheral blood flow of healthy individuals, verified by means of flow-mediated dilation from the observation of a variation of at least 10% in the pre- and post-intervention measurements.;Evaluate the reactive hyperemia of healthy individuals, verified by means of flow-mediated dilation from the observation of a variation of at least 10% in the pre and post-intervention measurements.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Evaluate the muscle fatigue of healthy individuals, verified by means of the maximum voluntary contraction from the observation of a variation of at least 10% in the pre and post-intervention measurements.;To evaluate the muscular activity of healthy individuals, verified by means of surface electromyography, from the observation of a variation of at least 10% in the pre and post-intervention measurements.
